Councilor Chad Balthrop takes oath of office to fill Owasso’s Ward 5 seat

Councilor Chad Balthrop was sworn into Owasso City Council’s Ward 5 seat on May 6. He replaces Doug Bonebrake who stepped down after serving in the role for the last 18 years. Ward 1 Councilor Cody Walters also took the oath of office after being appointed to the role last September.
