Business spotlight: Luigi’s Italian Restaurant nearing completion

Signage has officially gone up for Luigi’s Italian Restaurant in downtown Owasso! Crews are putting the finishing touches on the the new restaurant, which serves pizzas, pastas, salads, seafood, specialty dishes, and more.

Luigi’s will occupy the space that formerly housed Emersumnice Brewery, anchoring the Mowery Retail and Lofts complex in Owasso's Redbud District. Tentative opening is set for sometime this month.

2025 Harvest Festival scheduled for Oct. 11

Owasso Library razed for rebuild, expansion

The former Owasso Library site at 103 W. Broadway St. was demolished at the beginning of this month. It will be rebuilt to double its size and anchor a three-story, mixed-use development.

The project — spearheaded by the Tulsa City-County Library — is a public-private partnership between Tulsa County and West Construction. The Owasso Library has relocated to a temporary site at 314 E. 5th Ave., Ste. 202.
