Chelle Mount named 2025 City of Owasso’s Employee of the (1st) Quarter

Congratulations to Chelle Mount who was named the City of Owasso’s Employee of the Quarter at City Council on March 4.

Chelle has served as the City’s GIS (Geographic Information System) Analyst since February 2020. In her role, she creates, edits and maintains various maps that keep Owasso’s roads and infrastructure well documented and organized.

“Chelle’s commitment to excellence is evident in everything that she does,” Owasso City Manager Chris Garrett said. “Her dedication, expertise and positive attitude have made a significant impact on the department and the city.”

When asked what it means to receive the award, Chelle replied: “I work with an amazing group of men and women who serve our community so well, and in that, I am humbled and I am honored to receive this recognition.”
