Congratulations to Owasso Police Department's new Chief of Police Jason Woodruff, who celebrated his official badge-pinning ceremony on Sept. 16.

Chief Woodruff replaces former Chief of Police Dan Yancey, who retired last month after more than three decades of dedicated service in law enforcement.
