Police Sgt. Andy Eubanks named 2025 City of Owasso’s Employee of the (3rd) Quarter

Congrats to Owasso Police Sgt. Andy Eubanks, who was named the City of Owasso’s Employee of the Quarter at City Council on Aug. 19.

Since joining the force in April 2014, Sgt. Eubanks has played a critical role in several complex technology projects. He has helped lead the implementation of OPD’s new CAD/RMS system, developed protocols for its use, and guided the integration of license plate recognition cameras, in-car readers, remote bodycam video uploading, in-car OLETS, and a variety of smart communication tools such as Signal, 10-21, and Flock.

His work has directly improved efficiency, enhanced officer safety, and strengthened the quality of service provided to the public.

During his tenure, Sgt. Eubanks also achieved a well-deserved promotion, reflecting not only his drive but also the deep respect he has earned within the organization. We look forward to seeing how his leadership and innovation will continue to shape our department in the years ahead!
