Owasso Golden Agers present $476K donation to City of Owasso

A Generous Donation: The Owasso Gold Agers Foundation recently notified Owasso city staff that the organization is in the process of dissolving, and generously donated over $476,000 to the City of Owasso to benefit the community’s senior citizen population.

Following discussions with the Foundation, City staff drafted Resolution 2026-09, followed by Council’s approval on Tuesday, to accept the funds and reserve them for the construction, development, or renovation of a facility dedicated to senior programs and services.

The City of Owasso greatly values and appreciates its senior citizens. This generous donation will help support future opportunities and facilities dedicated to serving Owasso’s senior population for years to come!
