Owasso Neighborhood Coordinator Jerry Fowler celebrates retirement after 17 years

Congratulations to Jerry Fowler on his retirement from the City of Owasso!

Jerry served as the City's Neighborhood Coordinator for the last 17 years and was instrumental in creating sustainable, safe, and attractive residential areas while at the helm of the Owasso Strong Neighborhood Initiative.

Jerry spearheaded programs like Owasso CARES, Keep Owasso Clean, and annual block parties, and also led his team to receive numerous awards from Keep Oklahoma Beautiful.

He was also involved in the City's Employee Association, Tulsa Area United Way, and Owasso Community Foundation during his tenure.

City staff celebrated Jerry during his retirement party on Tuesday. Happy retirement Jerry, you will be deeply missed!
