If you’ve ever stopped by City Hall to pay your utility bill, chances are you were greeted with Melony’s friendly smile and welcoming spirit. As the Utility Billing Clerk, she brightened everyone's days with her kindness and professionalism.

Melony has celebrated several accolades over the years, including being named a recipient of the City of Owasso’s Employee of the Quarter and The Owasso Chamber's Empress Award.
