Owasso’s Finance Department celebrates 9 years of reporting excellence

We are proud to share that the City of Owasso’s Finance Department is celebrating nine years of excellence in financial reporting!

The GFOA of the US & Canada recently awarded the City of Owasso with its ninth Certificate of Achievement for Excellence in Financial Reporting for its annual comprehensive financial report for the fiscal year that ended June 30, 2024.

“The Finance Department is honored to receive this award,” Finance Director Carly Novozinsky said. “We strive to provide the citizens of Owasso with accurate and transparent financial reporting.”
