A New Leaf celebrates Phase II grand opening at Owasso ‘agrihood,’ The Village

Our Choose Owasso Economic Development team congratulates A New Leaf, Inc. on today’s grand opening of Phase II of The Village, its innovative Owasso “agrihood”!

Phase II adds a 59-unit apartment building, a six-person group home, community building, and recreation courts. It builds on Phase I, which opened in 2022 with 62 housing units designed to create a pathway toward greater independence for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD).

This expansion marks an exciting milestone for The Village, creating even more opportunities for people with I/DD to enjoy safe, affordable housing, build independence, and be part of a supportive community.

Congratulations to A New Leaf and everyone who helped bring Phase II to life!
