Beams, walls go up on Owasso’s new 23,000-square-foot library

Beams and walls are going up on the new Eddy Gibbs Library at 103 W. Broadway St. in Owasso's Redbud District.

The mixed-use project is a public-private partnership between Tulsa County and West Construction that will expand the library to around 23,000 square feet and feature nearly 60 apartments above the facility.

Owasso's temporary library is currently located at 314 E. 5th Ave., Ste. 202, until the new site opens in 2027.
