OK Roots Farm To Market relocates to expanded Owasso space

OK Roots Farm To Market is celebrating a new space in Owasso.

Owner Kimberly Brown and her husband, Roger, recently relocated from their 116th and Garnett storefront to Owasso’s Cornerstone Shopping Center off of 86th Street.

“We haven’t even gotten to stop,” Kimberly said of the influx of business they have seen since moving. “It’s been so exciting because all of our familiar customers, they still come, but then there’s all these people that didn’t know we were here.”

OK Roots, originally opened in Nov. 2023, features a variety of food, household, and skin care products from dozens of vendors across the state of Oklahoma.

The store’s new shelves are stocked with candles, soaps and deodorants, herbal medicines, vegetables, canned and baked goods, dairy products, packaged snacks and more. Its wide meat selection also includes beef, chicken, pork, bison, lamb and goat, among others.

“Our focus is mainly on the body — what you put in it and what you put on it,” Kimberly said. “I want them (customers) to know where their food came from. It means a lot to be able to serve my community.”

The Browns went from around 900 square feet to 1,500 square feet to provide more room for their 85 to 90 vendors, and to also provide a better shopping experience for their customers.
