Waldo’s Chicken & Beer celebrates one-year anniversary in Owasso

Waldo's Chicken and Beer is celebrating its one-year anniversary in Owasso this month.

Owner Dino Nithianandan opened the restaurant in Smith Farm Marketplace last November and said that “it was a great one year; it exceeded expectations.”

Waldo’s serves fresh southern fried and rotisserie chicken dishes as well as a variety of sandwiches, salads, snacks, sides, and more. It also offers cocktails, margaritas, beer and wine.

“I want to make sure when they (customers) come to Waldo’s, I hope they enjoy our home-cooking and great service,” Dino said.

When asked what it means to celebrate his one-year anniversary, Dino replied: “I’m really ecstatic. I hope we continue to grow, and I’m so thankful for the support of Owasso.”

Dino is offering different deals and discounts throughout the week as well as a concert featuring Charlie Redd & The Full Flava Kings on Friday, Nov. 21, 9-11 p.m.
