Find parks and outdoor activities to choose from in Owasso. The City of Owasso’s Recreation & Culture Department provides recreational opportunities that complement the quality of life for Owasso residents. The Parks Department oversees and maintains 264 acres of park land. These parks include miles of walking trails along with playgrounds; splash pads; baseball, soccer, football, and softball fields; restrooms; our community Skate Park; the Owasso Veterans Memorial and more.

Owasso Community Center

Redbud Festival Park
This new park in Owasso’s downtown Redbud District serves as an open, beautiful gathering place in the heart of the city. Locals congregate here and enjoy events such as concerts and the farmer’s market. The park includes a large lawn, pavilion, and performance stage, and hosts community gatherings, concerts, and other events.

Bailey Ranch Golf Course
Bailey Ranch Golf Course offers one of Oklahoma's best tests of golf and is considered to be one of the region’s most enjoyable courses to play. Newly renovated greens to Tiff Ultradwarf bermuda in 2021 make it a must play. With a fully stocked pro shop, great food, and friendly staff, you won't regret making Bailey Ranch Golf Club your course.

Centennial Park
Featuring the longest trail in Owasso (three miles), this 47-acre park is popular with walkers, joggers, bicyclists, and children. This Owasso park includes picnic shelters, fishing ponds, playground equipment, and an 18-hole disc golf course.

Owasso Sports Park North
As the city’s primary activity center for youth sports such as soccer, baseball, softball, and flag football, Owasso Sports Park is used heavily for league games and tournaments. The park is immediately adjacent to Funtastic Island and the City of Owasso’s Veterans Memorial Park.

Funtastic Island
Funtastic Island is an outstanding destination-quality play area that was designed and built by community volunteers. It includes swings, climbing equipment, slides, splash pads, and picnic facilities. Adjacent to this family-oriented park, the Veterans memorial facilities include granite monuments and benches, and a walking trail.

Rayola Park
Rayola Park is home to sports fields and courts, a ¾-mile walking trail, picnic shelter, playground equipment, pickle ball courts, and splash pads. It is also home to the Owasso Family YMCA. The adjacent Friendship Park is recognized for its gazebo, a popular venue for civic events, a butterfly garden, memorial trees and ornamental lighting.

Owasso Skate Park
The Owasso Skate Park provides an alternative form of recreation that adds diversity to Owasso’s park system. The park features several play features and ramps for skateboarding and bike enthusiasts.

Waggin Trail Dog Park
Owasso’s Waggin’ Trail Dog Park sits on eight beautiful acres. Three acres are fenced-in fields with separate play areas for both large and small canines.

Ator Park
Ator Park lies on the outset of one of Bailey Ranch Golf Course’s picturesque greens, featuring picnic tables and playground equipment.

Elm Creek Park
One of Owasso’s signature neighborhood parks, Elm Creek features a walking/jogging trail, picnic shelters, tennis courts, lighted playground equipment, and a large fishing pond.

McCarty Park
This park features 12.2 acres of reodeo grounds, soccer fields, and softball and baseball diamonds, along with a large dog park complete with separate play areas for large and small canines.

Owasso Sports Complex
This park, sitting at several acres, hosts Owasso Soccer Club, Owasso Premier Softball, and Owasso Youth Baseball, complete with soccer fields, softball and baseball diamonds, and football fields. It also plays host to a mile-line Heart Healthy Trail.

Veterans Park
Dedicated to our country’s veterans, the Owasso Veterans Memorial is a place of honor, remembrance and patriotism. Amenities include memorials for each branch of the military, a Gold Star Memorial, lawn area for passive play, benches, and picnic tables.
