The Oklahoma Department of Transportation will soon kick off its U.S. 169 improvements between 66th Street and 86th Street in Owasso, widening the highway from two to three lanes in both directions. The project is tentatively scheduled to kick off within the first two weeks of February, with an expected completion date in the late summer, weather permitting.
