New Model train store, Reindeer Pass Railroad, opens in Owasso

Vernon Guess owns a new model train store in Owasso’s 169 Business Park.

He opened Reindeer Pass Railroad in September, offering a wide range of model train kits and collectibles, tools and supplies, electrical components, scenery, and more.

"I wanted to have a modern hobby shop so guests can come in, look at things, touch them, feel them, and take them home,” said Vernon, a third-generation model railroader.

Following in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, Vernon carries Z-scale, O-scale, HO-scale, N-scale, and G-gauge models for all ages and skillsets.

He said he is excited to draw more newcomers to the craft while continuing to help devoted fans grow their collections.

“I'm here to give you the information that you need to buy the train that’s going to fit your needs.”
